A very rare white tea grown in the Darjeeling region of India. Each pure and untouched leaf is hand selected and then plucked. The cup is faintly muscatel with a hint of white wine notes. White tea is relatively delicate so it is often advised that one bring their water to boil, and then let it cool to about 190 degrees before pouring over the tea leaves. Price is per ounce, minimum quantity is 2 ounces.
